4. Engagements, payment, and cancellations

Fees, deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation or rescheduling policies for consultations, coaching, speaking engagements, and retreats are communicated in the applicable proposal, agreement, or registration materials. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable, and cancellations made within the notice window described at registration may be subject to the full fee.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photography, video, graphics, logos, and the "Candidly Charming Leadership" framework and Learning Labs materials — is owned by Dr. Allana Coffee or Coffee Consulting and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without prior written permission. Materials provided during engagements are licensed for use within your organization as described in the applicable agreement.
